Account/Project Manager Vacancy

We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Account/Project Manager who is positive and optimistic to join our close-knit team, creating a vital link between our studio and our clients. 

The job is full time but could be part-time/flexible for the right person. 

Experience of working in a creative agency preferable but not essential if you have transferable skills, good design appreciation and a creative eye.

Job Description

You will be –

Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of projects from start to finish.

Handling elements of client projects for other team members where necessary.

Proactive and self-motivated and be happy to work independently when needed – a confident organiser who plans ahead.

Supporting the creative team.

Producing estimates and tracking and measuring progress of any jobs throughout the workflow.

Writing and preparing client proposals plus presenting ideas to existing and prospective clients.

Able to be financially conscientious when managing the delivery of a project for both the team and the client.

Writing briefs, consulting on creative work internally and bringing an element of copy to projects where necessary.

Liaising with suppliers, managing timelines and co-ordinating workflow through the studio on a day to day basis.

Acting as a final checkpoint to ensure quality is high across all projects.

Checking copy from a line on a digital ad to a large printed brochure so proofreading skills and excellent grammar essential.

Maintaining existing client relationships and building new ones.

You will have –

Technical competence and an understanding of the creative process.

The ability to remain calm and personable even under pressure and when working to tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Impeccable organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise with accuracy and diligence.

To be diplomatic, strategic and creative as you will bridge the gap between clients and the design team.

Knowledge of branding and identity, print production and digital content and be happy working across a variety of disciplines.

To be mindful that there are sometimes unexciting tasks to do as it is all part of the job when working in a small team!

Adobe Creative Suite and CRM / CMS experience hopefully and be a digitally literate marketer.
